If you have any questions about these Terms & Conditions or our operational practices, please reach out to us:
1. Introduction
Welcome to Purnomo Studio. By accessing our website, communicating with our team, or engaging our design and development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before starting any project with us.
2. Services & Scope
We provide digital design, web development, and technical consulting services. The specific scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any project will be explicitly outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or official project proposal agreed upon by both parties.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful and timely project delivery, clients are expected to provide necessary materials, assets, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Unreasonable delays in client responses or failure to provide required assets may affect the project timeline and delivery dates.
4. Payment Terms
Payment schedules will be detailed in the project proposal. We require 100% full payment upfront before any work commences. Alternative payment arrangements, such as deposits or milestone-based payments, must be explicitly requested and agreed upon in writing. Invoices are due within the timeframe specified on the invoice. Late payments may result in the suspension of ongoing work.
5. Revisions & Scope Creep
Projects include a specified number of revision rounds as defined in the project proposal. Additional revisions, new feature requests, or major changes to the approved scope (scope creep) will be subject to additional billing at our standard hourly rate or will require a separate quote and addendum to the agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full and final payment, the client will own the rights to the final deliverables as outlined in the proposal. Purnomo Studio retains the right to use the completed work, case studies, and design iterations in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is requested and signed prior to the project start.
7. Warranties & Liability
We strive to deliver high-quality, reliable, and functional work. However, we cannot guarantee that our software, systems, or websites will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted across all future platforms and browser updates. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the client for those specific services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the project with written notice if the other party breaches these terms or the project agreement. In the event of early termination or cancellation by the client, Purnomo Studio will invoice for all work completed and resources allocated up to that date. Any upfront deposits are generally non-refundable.
